Three Italians. One Garden.
Bellini wasn't built by a hospitality group or a franchise — it was built by three Italians who missed home. They came to Cambodia, fell in love with Phnom Penh, and decided to recreate the kind of place they grew up going to: a neighbourhood bistro where the food is real, the drinks are crafted, and the atmosphere feels alive.
The result is a lush open-air garden on Street 306 in BKK1 — part restaurant, part bar, part concert venue — where Italian cuisine and Cambodian warmth meet under the trees.
You've been warned: once you come, you'll keep coming back.
The Team
Led by Chef Michele Magni in the kitchen, Bellini's founders brought with them decades of Italian culinary tradition — from the way pasta is made to the way a Negroni is stirred. Every detail on the plate reflects where they're from.
A rare thing in the city — a full outdoor garden shaded by mature tropical trees. Whether it's a quiet lunch or a buzzing Friday evening, the garden sets a mood that no indoor space can match. Day or night, it looks completely different, and completely beautiful.
Chef Michele Magni's menu is rooted in Italian tradition — slow-cooked sauces, quality ingredients, and no shortcuts, no compromises. From the Gnocchi Sorrentina to the Spaghetti Vongole, every dish is made with the same care you'd find in a family kitchen in Italy. And yes — the limoncello is homemade.
The bar is open all day, every day — long before the kitchen fires up and long after dinner ends. Expect classic Italian aperitivi, creative cocktails like the Basil Sour, the signature Bellini cocktail, and a carefully chosen wine list. The kind of bar you stay at for one more drink, twice.
Light Mode & Dark Mode
By day, Bellini is bright, green, and easy — the kind of place you come for a long lunch and forget to leave. By night, it transforms: warm light through the trees, the hum of conversation, and the feeling that you're somewhere genuinely special.
Both versions are worth experiencing. Preferably in the same visit.
